I had purchased a new Samsung S20 and decided to check out Mobile Q at Coquitlam Center for a screen protector. The service was fast, reliable and offered good value for both the screen protector and camera lens. I did have an issue with the rainbow effect on my screen protector but the owner replaced and applied a new one free of charge.

Even during this corona time they maintain clean workspace and regularly they clean the shop with disinfectant azaz makes good communication with his staff to maintain the shop

We went to this store thinking that my Note 9 needed a new 120 power/USB port replacement. The guy suggested, instead, a new cable, even though we had tried multiple new cables. He gave us an original Samsung cable to try for 10! Said if it didn't fix the issue we could return it. It was exactly the fix. While we were there we asked him about selling a retired S7 phone. He said 120. When we returned the next day with the phone, that is exactly what we got! I am super pleased with this business and recommend everyone use them for your phone issues!! THANK YOU for being helpful and honest!
